5. Potential Issues During the Delivery Process
If you are not present at your address during delivery, the courier company will leave your order at the nearest branch and notify you. In this case, you will need to collect your parcel from the branch.
If your order is damaged or incomplete upon delivery, you must have the delivery agent draw up a report and contact us as soon as possible.
The customer cannot request a return for damage, breakage, deterioration, etc. occurring after the delivery has been accepted.
