1. Delivery Time

3. Freight Company

• We recommend that you check that your parcel is intact and complete upon delivery.

4. Delivery Address

• Orders are only sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.
• If you wish to change your address, you can update your address details before completing your order.
• After your order has been completed, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp to request a change of address.

5. Potential Issues During the Delivery Process

• If you are not present at your address during delivery, the courier company will leave your order at the nearest branch and notify you. In this case, you will need to collect your parcel from the branch.
• If your order is damaged or incomplete upon delivery, you must have the delivery agent draw up a report and contact us as soon as possible.
• The customer cannot request a return for damage, breakage, deterioration, etc. occurring after the delivery has been accepted.
