Return Policy

At MedEssence, if you are not satisfied with certain products within 14 days, you may return them. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Electronic devices with opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged for another product.
Unless the product is deemed defective (faulty/non-functional), the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by cancelling the purchase, refusing delivery, or returning the product unopened, and shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Conditions

You have the right to cancel within 1 day of the order date. Within this period, you can return the products and receive a full refund of the order amount.
If 3 days have passed since the order date and your product is in transit, you must initiate the return procedure once the product reaches you.

Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund amount will be returned to your bank.

In accordance with Turkish policies, if there is no problem with the product and the customer wishes to return it within 14 days at their own request, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
